Terms of Use
These terms apply to Run Game: the app, the website, and everything in them. By creating an account or using Run Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Run Game.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Run Game. Keep your sign-in to yourself and use one account per person. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
How you use Run Game
Treat the people you meet, and the people on Run Game, with respect. Don't use Run Game to harass, threaten, or follow anyone, to break the law, or to get around a block or a report. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Run Game's map and data belong to Run Game
The map, the rankings of places and areas, the scores, the lists of spots and stores, and the way they're put together are Run Game's own work. You can use them for your own personal use inside the app, near where you are. They aren't licensed for anything else.
No scraping or copying
You may not, and may not help anyone else:
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, or any other automated means to access, collect, or copy Run Game's map, rankings, places, or other data;
- collect that data by hand in bulk, for example by moving the map around to record many areas or cities;
- get around the limits on what the map shows, including by faking your location, using VPNs or proxies for that purpose, using several accounts, or calling Run Game's servers directly instead of through the app;
- copy, republish, sell, license, or share Run Game's data, or use it to build or improve another product, map, app, database, or AI model;
- reverse engineer Run Game, or try to get at data you weren't shown in the app.
We watch for this. If we believe an account is scraping or copying data, we can limit, suspend, or close it without notice, keep any data that shows what happened, and take legal action, including claims for breach of these terms and for the damage caused.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You let Run Game store and show it as needed to run the app. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
No guarantees
Run Game is provided as it is. Rankings and suggestions are estimates from public data and can be wrong. Use your own judgment about where you go and what you do. To the extent the law allows, Run Game isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and the new terms apply from then on. Continuing to use Run Game after a change means you accept it.
Privacy
How Run Game handles your data, and how to download or delete it, is in the Privacy Policy.
